Have a G-R-A-T-E-F-U-L Day

Gently....Resolve to start your day gently. In those first few moments of 'morning' spend a few quiet moments thinking about 2 or 3 things you are grateful for. It could be as simple as the softness of the pillow under your head or the sun gently peeking in the window.

Remind...Remind yourself to stay in the now. What is the saying about the present? That the present is called that because it is a present, a gift. Surround yourself with little reminders to trigger your memory to say,'Thank You God!'

Allow...Allow yourself to savor every experience. There is a jewel in each and every moment of your life. It's easy to recognize the 'good' moments, but they are all good. All things are worked for good. And as they say, a diamond is just a piece of coal that did well under pressure.

Transcend...Transcend one limitation you have put on yourself or another. Allow yourself this day to accept unlimited possibility for one day.

Empower...Empower yourself by identifying those people in your life who build you up and encourage you. Develop those relationships!

Find..Find 3 people you can offer a genuine compliment to every day. Are you shy? You can offer them a silent blessing in your head.

Understand...Understand that there are big gifts in the little things too. Look for the little blessings in life; the person who held the door open for you or the child who smiled at you, the green light you saw today.

Love...Love yourself. You are perfect. Right now, right here today. There is nothing you need to do to make yourself better. You are part of the body.
